My brain does not care
Nor can it tell the difference
Whether Christ is at the helm
Within my soul however
My heart
My spirit
My life
I know and acknowledge His Presence there
You should too
If I were to say He is not
The Lord would look at me
And think it was April Fool’s Day or something
It would have to be in jest
To even mouth
Yet alone think
Such words
And laughter – for the brain does not matter
