To Create

Felt the flame of God’s love reach higher
Way above any human made spire
But my anger fuels my fire
To be that which will transpire

I have the power to break into song for all
To dance to the tune like before the fall
There never is a clear winner of what must be
The future of love and life sincerely

I have given all I am to Him and I am Him
This is not a word written on a whim
Hidden but not hidden to all
Surely, I must be the one to call

So let me dance to the tune I create
On this there is a kind of fate
That we will twirl around and feel the vibe
Surrounding me is love and my tribe

Bestowed

I guess there is no one out there for me
On the brink of death, see?
No one is here with me now
So I am really sure just how
I can breathe the Lord’s love so real
Exhaling the power of the seal
A holy kiss is always surreal

Heed to the word of the Lord
Greater than your sharpened sword
You are in the world living it up
Avoiding the poor on your way up
What I like you do not know for sure
Has me submerged in holy water so pure
Has me wondering at what is the lure

I walk among the dead but I have been raised
All of which has already been praised
Forever knowing what is in store
For those among the dead and poor
A range of blessings to be bestowed
A sure love that is to be stowed
Travelling along a difficult road

Burnt

I set my love on fire
So that this would transpire
It burns with certain desire
Chiming in with the lute and lyre

I yearn for your healing touch
As the pain is getting to be too much
For the loneliness of my heart
Is me setting myself apart

I have a heart only for divinity
I looked deep within to find the Holy Trinity
Patiently waiting for me to see
That it is time for love so simply

With you there is no obsession
And no need for confession
He has got my burnt offering
To love you right beyond the ring

No rush as time is on my hands
I will live on forever on these lands
I can find love in the darkest of places
But I am always looking for you in all those faces

Compromise

All my life I have suffered intensely
As everything good comes to me easily
Lucid dreams and concrete beams
Make for one hell of a story it seems

I stood before God for judgement under these skies
Everything revealed, even all of the lies
To which it should not come as a surprise
That We have come to a compromise

The time will come in the future one day
When the evildoers will finally pay
The price for folly over wisdom
As it really makes them look dumb

Frightening

Built on the passion that is our Lord’s
Written with my blood for the accords
They bind us all together in love’s embrace
So agree to peace and love and not disgrace

Look past the illusion of light all around you
I have found your love that makes it all true
What I need is beyond what beauty can provide
For all my love to you do I confide

I have heard and still hear the cries of the poor
Those you will not even hold open the door
My countenance will flash like lightning
It will be very very frightening
