You have got me in your shining light
You know me I won’t put up a fight
The gravity of your love pulls me in
Your strong affection that comes from within

I hold onto the silence like a bird
When startled I fly away which is absurd
But within we share this shining light
You would think I would not resort to flight

No guts no glory they say
Courage is granted either way
But with true faith courage must be gifted
In your hearts love will be lifted

I tremble before the Lord
Beyond that
We are kin
Our kinship is a divine one
There will come a day
When death does not happen
For it was destroyed long ago
Where else to go but up from here

Something much bigger than you or I
Is about to happen with a sigh
A sigh of relief or pity I cannot say
Just be sure you are following the Way

Sacrificed my memories
Again and again
So I can remember only Him
I gave Him my knowledge
Said it was deficient
So He took me up
And breathed His Spirit
Into my body, mind, and soul
Receiving all that is His

Now I am standing tall
His Gifts galore
His Spirit putpoured
More

You can find me hidden
In disguise I Am
Until the very end
Which is at hand
End of an age
End of an era
End of your old ways

I choose not to reveal myself
When I confessed it they turned
Denied who I was and am

His name is worth a shout out
Not in vain but in glory
Love has come and lives
Despite who I was
Everything I became
There will be no going back
Because I do not want to

The Lord sent me to the lost sheep
What I give is without price
Free you from your vice

Heathens know more about this
Their spirit, a vile serpent
I told you to repent

Now through the flesh and bone
A light has shone in the darkness
United in the light of kindness

I am far from perfect
Only made perfect in Christ
I have a handful of tangled rosaries
And one in my pocket

Those prayers are powerful
Pray them with your heart
Pray like never before
Pray

I learn every day
About what to say
For God and His Glory
He said to tell my story

My story is full of pain
My sins no longer a stain
Find me and I will show you
The King as He is true

True to His Word
Definitely not absurd
His coming in glory so very near
Yet by Love He is already here!

So rejoice in His Great Return
I proclaim His love beyond the urn
He has given His chosen ones power
By deification, never any higher or lower

What makes them chosen
Was their fiat even while frozen
So treat all with tender Love
You’ll never know whose Heart has the Dove

I have done my best to lead them to Him
It’s not like I ask them to go to the outer rim
Their ignorance will be their undoing
They know not what they are doing

Dispersed and scattered
Many lives are shattered
They curse the Lord for their misfortune
Far and wide they carry their tune

Their odes are empty and dry
Glorifying evil, it makes me cry
But they have the world’s attention
With their lies and misinformation

I have said this before
Possibly a thousand more
They must repent and give to those in need
Intead of feeding their own greed

It is difficult just to live
All my intentions slipping through a sieve
Looked upon with contempt
You’d think I was exempt

Tired of the ignorance that lies
No matter how many tries
My testimony as of late
Is not good for your fate

This body is a temple
With an altar of love
Offering all kinds
In reparation

Looks like I am dangerous
With my loneliness
Doling out rhymes
In these dark times

An utterance
In the silence
A divine unction
And Faithful union

I saw the Lord smile
It has been a while
His gracious presence
Makes more sense
In others whom I meet
Reciprocating faith to greet

I have some thousand love poems
Sitting somewhere completely ignored
Looking to find some home
In someone’s heart

Over the years
And there are many
My Journey to Christ
Riddled with strife
I humbly accept this pain
Bring it on, I say
Now you can call me Master

A well of tears runs dry
O Lord hear my cry
I am surrounded
I know you are with me
No matter what

Complete my Faith
Make it your own
As I stand here before you
Calling for wrath upon the earth
Guide me to do what I ought

Shedding tears like raindrops
Over what I see and hear
Venturing into the darkness
Shining the Light wherever I go
I know who I am
If you saw me you would know
The Lord is with me
Deified from nothing simply
Now I storm the earth
Proclaiming God’s Kingdom come

Fire bellows deep in His voice
Burning without recompense
An all consuming Fire
What’s your desire?

Sunk into the depths
Of the music in your song
Felt what you felt for sure
Made this tired old heart leap for joy

Got the rhythm blues
Got on my dance shoes
Got a crush on you
Turn it to love straight through

Can hear between the lines
This is where love shines
Motivating a cause
Received with applause

Drum up the latest beat
Bring me to my feet
Dance with you the night away
My heart did you sway
Toward life and love
Coming from up above

Got a wish worth thinking
Troubled by my inkling
Outside of the realm of hope
To get me off of this rope
Climbing since the beginning
Toward that chorus singing

Still waiting and wondering
What happens when you sing
So sing your heart out
What this love is about
Bringing love that is dope
Better than what you hope

Life is love
And love is life
What a great sacrifice
I give my life for them
I journeyed to oblivion
Found that love never dies
It echoes throughout the Earth
Forever enshrined in Heaven
Glory is what waits for those who love
And give their lives for your love
